État du service
Live figures, read from the system itself when you loaded this page. Nothing here is hand-maintained, and where we do not have enough data to state a number honestly we say so rather than showing a reassuring one.

Delivery, last 24 hours
Not enough completed orders in the last 24 hours to report a meaningful figure. We publish this only once the sample is large enough for the number to mean something; below that it would be noise dressed up as a statistic.
What affects delivery
A code failing to arrive is usually one of three things, and only the first is ours:
- No number available on that route. You will see this before you pay — routes with no stock are not offered.
- The service refused the number. Some services reject particular countries or number ranges outright. Switching country normally fixes it.
- The message was never sent. Delivery depends on the sending service, which is entirely up to that service.
In every one of those cases an SMS number is refunded in full when the window closes — you are never charged for an SMS that did not arrive.
Incidents
If the service is degraded we say so here and on the sign-in page. If something looks wrong to you and this page says everything is fine, tell us — that gap is worth knowing about. Contact us.
