What has changed, newest first. We list changes that affect you — prices, rules, refunds and features — not internal work you would never notice.

2026-10

• Email mailboxes. A new product: a dedicated email address for the website you are signing up for, with its code shown on your screen, ready to copy. Paid from the same balance as SMS, with one sign-in for both.
• Mailbox rules. Each mailbox is open for 60 minutes and cannot be cancelled. From 19 October, a mailbox that receives no code in its window is not refunded; mailboxes bought before then keep the refund they were sold with. A mailbox that could not be created is never charged. The rules are shown before you buy and in the Refund Policy.
• Confirmation links and short codes. When a website sends a confirmation link instead of a code, the mailbox page shows it as a button that opens it, with a Copy link button. Four-digit codes are recognised too.
• API for both products. Create an API key in your account (API in the menu) to buy numbers and mailboxes and read their codes from your own code.

2026-08

• Pricing explorer. The pricing page now shows every service and every country with live stock and the exact price, searchable and sortable, instead of a short summary table.
• Help section. FAQ, guides, status, contact, changelog and affiliate pages added, all sharing one navigation.
• Imprint published. Operator details are now disclosed on their own page.
• Readability. Body text enlarged across the site and scrollbars made visible, after feedback that the interface was hard to read.
• Real brand logos replace the lettered placeholders throughout the catalogue.
• Live status page. Catalogue size and 24-hour delivery rate are now published, measured rather than asserted.

2026-07

• Customer console rebuilt — overview, buy, active order, order history, prices and statistics.
• Twenty-minute guarantee. Orders that receive no code are refunded in full automatically when the window closes, with a live countdown on the order screen.
• Ban and cancel. Cancel releases a number and refunds you; ban does the same and additionally never issues that number to you again.
• Public API covering services, countries, orders, cancel and ban, with the same rules as the website.
• Cryptocurrency deposits with automatic balance crediting on confirmation.
• Multi-language interface.
• Favourites, including shareable lists.

Changes that affect what you pay or what you are entitled to — prices, refund rules or the Terms — are announced here before they take effect wherever we reasonably can, and always at the time they take effect. Changes made purely to fix a bug or close a security hole may take effect immediately; those are recorded here afterwards.

Prices themselves change continuously with availability and are not listed here. The pricing page is always current, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
