otp.rip field guide
Temporary SMS numbers for verification
An otp.rip SMS order provides a temporary phone number for receiving a one-time code from the service selected in your account. The number appears in the protected order screen, where incoming code status is refreshed. The public site does not expose private inventory, service mappings or prices.
Check SMS availabilityHow an SMS order works
Open the SMS console, choose the service and a currently available country, and confirm the order. Enter the issued number on the other website and request its code. When a matching message arrives, the code appears in the protected order view.
The order has a limited window. If no code is delivered, the application applies the order rules shown in the account, including the available cancel, expiry or replacement actions.
What the service can and cannot control
otp.rip can show live routes and receive messages sent to an issued number. The website requesting verification decides whether it accepts that number range, country and account. A route being available therefore does not promise acceptance by every website.
Use the country requested by the other service when it specifies one. If it does not, compare current availability and avoid repeatedly requesting codes from a route the destination has already rejected.
Privacy and appropriate use
A temporary number helps keep an everyday number out of a permitted one-time signup or login. It does not make activity anonymous, bypass another service’s rules, or create a right to open accounts. Follow the destination service’s terms and the otp.rip acceptable-use policy.
Do not rely on a temporary number for long-term account recovery. If an account will matter later, add a permanent recovery method that you control.
Common questions
Can I keep the number permanently?
No. The product is a temporary verification order with a limited active window.
Does availability guarantee that another website accepts the number?
No. The destination website controls its own acceptance rules.
Where are current prices and countries shown?
